We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including orders containing content that is illegal, offensive, or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
3.1 Quotes
All quotes provided by Printing Brothers LLC are estimates based on the specifications provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary if specifications change. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after you have approved a proof (where applicable), submitted payment or a deposit, and received written confirmation from Printing Brothers LLC.
3.3 File Submission
You are responsible for submitting print-ready files that meet our specifications. Printing Brothers LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-supplied files, including but not limited to spelling errors, color discrepancies, low resolution, or incorrect dimensions. Proof approval by the customer constitutes acceptance of the file as submitted.
4.1 Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Printing Brothers LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout as required by Delaware law.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to production unless a prior credit arrangement has been established in writing. For larger orders, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before production begins, with the balance due upon completion or delivery.
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, ACH/bank transfer, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized payment processors.
4.4 Late Payments
Orders with outstanding balances will not be released for pickup or delivery until payment is received in full. Printing Brothers LLC reserves the right to charge a late fee of 1.5% per month on past-due balances.
Turnaround times provided are estimates and begin upon receipt of payment and approved proof, where applicable. Printing Brothers LLC is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, shipping carrier delays, or force majeure events. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
6.1 Customer-Supplied Content
By submitting artwork, logos, images, or other content to Printing Brothers LLC, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use such content and that its use does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printing Brothers LLC from any claims arising from customer-supplied content.
6.2 Company Materials
All original designs, templates, and creative materials produced by Printing Brothers LLC remain the intellectual property of Printing Brothers LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-specific files produced for a paid order are the property of the customer upon full payment.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun. We will reprint or issue a credit for orders that contain errors caused by Printing Brothers LLC, such as production defects or deviation from approved specifications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Printing Brothers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Printing Brothers LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
By providing your phone number through any form on our website or in person, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Printing Brothers LLC related to your orders, quotes, appointments, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your phone number is used.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Printing Brothers LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Printing Brothers LLC with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
